I'm having a problem adding a device via Wifi with the Jinvoo Smart app. In troubleshooting, their technician said that it might be because Mac Address on my Gateway Router might be blocking it. How do I find out if that is the case?

First thing to try is to make sure that the wifi network your phone is connected to is a 2.4G network, not a 5G network. I had the same trouble until I saw the information hidden away somewhere in the app that it only works with 2.4.
