Is the gateway's wifi set to 802.11 b/g/n?

I cannot connect my fitbit scale to the WIFI.  How can I verify if the gateway's wifi is set to 802.11 b/g/n?

That shouldn't matter as it should be multi and backward compatible with all three. By default, I believe that it is "N". You need to associate the Fitbit with the gateway's broadcast name (SSID) and the WiFi security password key that you are using for your other network devices.

I have the same issue. My Fitbit scale was fine with the WiFi until I got the XFi pods. When it stopped connecting, i went to Fitbits support page. It indicated that the 2.4 ghz needs to be set to include the b. With the XFi pods, I know longer have the ability to modify that setting anymore and it’s currently set to g/n I believe without the b. Any ideas how to connect b only network devices now?
