Is it possible to get an additional IP address. Residential customer

Ive read that additional IPs are available in certain areas for residential customers. How do I find out if thats available for me?

If you can find your Rate Code, it will say if you can have another IP address.

"Rate Code"? Do you mean "Rate Card"? Like the one available at https://www.xfinity.com/support/rate-card/ ?
