I keep losing Internet connection at my house past week. Different times of day multiple times. I get messages on my TV(triple play) and I check phone wifi and sure enough no wifi but router light is white/blue. I have the xb6 Technicolor gateway. I have unplugged it to reset and force any firmware updates. I don't lose tv or have any pixelation. Just internet drop outs Along with WiFi loss. I used the app built in system check and afterwards says all is fine and shows no issues. All cables and connections are good. Of course my home phone service drops for the 3 minutes while internet reboots. But my single gateway light never goes yellow/orange to signify a reboot of gateway. Just loses Internet. Any Comcast tech on here can look at my signals to see what's going on? I had my outside supply cable from Pole to house replaced about a year or less ago. Since no cable TV issues, only gateway internet and phone, I'm thinking maybe gateway is going bad. But don't know for sure.

Please also post the upstream power level figures. For a test, does a computer hardwired directly to the router / gateway device with an ethernet cable have the same problem ?
