Internet not at the paid speed

Internet not at the paid speed

Hello,

According to various speed tests, I am at ~45 Mbps, but I am paying for 250 Mbps.

I understand I will not reach the max 250, but getting 20% of what I am paying for seems insane.  What could be causing this?

Hi @Remjay24 check out the troubleshooting guide. If you still need help, please post your equipment details and a screenshot of your signal levels and we'll help you get the issue resolved

Thanks!

Screenshots below.  Running off my own modem, a TP‑Link AC1750.  I am not on wireless, but not directly wired, either.  I am using a powerline... the adapters are TP-Link AV500.

Is there anything else needed?

Your modem signal levels look fine. I'd suspect the powerline adapters are robbing you of some speed. You'll want to check speeds at the modem via ethernet to eliminate devices on your home network as the culprit.
