Hello. I've been having troubles with my internet lately. My son has reported that his internet has been cutting in and out while he was streaming, and my other son has said the internet's been cutting in and out for him while he's online as well. We had an agent tell us there was an issue and that it should be resolved by itself, but its been an ongoing issue since about the beginning of this month/late July. Any help would be much appreciated.

Those were o/k at that snapshot in time. Is this with a WiFi connection ? If so, for a test, does a computer / device hardwired directly to the router / gateway device with an ethernet cable have the same problem ?
Yes, this was over WiFi. I can't really test it directly through the router as the computer is far away upstairs whereas the router is downstairs.
O/k, if you can't do the test, we won't be able to know for certain if this is a *WiFi only* problem or a *general connection to the Comcast system* problem...

There are other options. Google for WiFi repeaters / range extenders, WiFi mesh systems / pods.
