Regardless of weekdays or weekends, internet shuts down. I have called Comcast so many times and after hours of waiting on the line, explaining the severity of the issue, resetting modems (when it has nothing to do with my modem), Comcast confirming an hour later that there is an outage in the area, and then sending a technician home, still same issue. How can someone work from home? How can my kids do their homework? This is so frustrating. My kids have homework and they are unable to.
