I've noticted a problem with my internet connection that's happened on successive Sunday and is associated with using one particular app (Amazon video) on one particular device (Xbox one). I'll be streaming for a good hour before the internet connection drops across all of my connected devices. The video stream will continute for about 10 minutes before finally being interrupted.
This necessitates a full reboot of the modem, after which the xbox one reconnects and finishes playing the stream in its entirety. I know others on the forum have complained about connecting to the app itself; this issue seems slightly different, and it doesn't happen consistently (i.e. not every time I use the app).
To clarify - the xbox one is connected via ethernet, not wifi, but it does impact all connections (wifi and ethernet). I know its happening because the light pattern on the router becomes irregular.
