I have had many problems with my internet over the years to the point that almost everything I think has been replaced coming from the line into the house. Every time a technician has come out to diagnose issues they usually say that it is because there are open, uncapped coax connections which helps for a few months, but then the issue comes back. It is always just an issue of there being no internet access for a few minutes or sometimes I have to restart the modem. After we upgraded all of the new cable boxes to the X1 platform for all the TVs in my house, the issue started to get worse it seems. I use my own equipment such as a modem and router. Any help is greatly appreciated.
