Internet constantly disconnecting

Internet constantly disconnecting

Since 2-3 weeks ago, my internet keeps disconnecting (every hour or so), requiring a modem restart. I have connected my PC directly to my modem to eliminate the possibility of my router being the issue. 

I've called comcast support twice and both time all they did was restart  my modem, but did not see any issues. I've tried replacing my coax cables and my modem (twice), and the issue still persists. 

My logs (MAC Address changed to 0) and cable connection status are attached

 

Could anyone take a look?

 

Note: It seems similar to this issue: https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Internet-Archive/Internet-constantly-disconnecting/td-p/3094565, but it looks like the correspondance was through PM's with @ComcastPhill  rather than on the thread, so I wasn't able to see the action items

It looks as though this was caused by a faulty amp in my apt. I noticed it started making sounds (sounded like a ticking time bomb) this morning and a technician came in the afternon to remove it, saying it wasn't need anyways. Internet seems to be back to normal. Smiley Happy
