My internet connection has been very unstable recently. I am at the point of looking for new service as the current connection quality has become un-workable for me.
I have done the following:
1. Replaced the modem. Comcast brought me a new one.
2. Rebooted the modem countless times.
About 3-4 time most days the light on the modem turns red and al connectivity is lost. After a few minutes, the modem light turns to white again and the connection is restored.
Anyine have and ideas / advice to approach / correct the problem?
Been there, done that, multiple times, no affect.
I've been told, "signal is good" I don't know how many times as well. I am at the point where this issue gets some sincere attention Comcast or I am DONE paying top dollar for this subpar service, PERIOD. This is ridiculious! Look around the forums, there are subscribers having the SAME issue.
