I have had breaks in my land line for years, and no comcast tech has fixed it. Over the last 4 months is has gotten worse with the phone line going dead over 15 times if I am on a 15 minute or more call. Clearly, this is extremely aggravating, especially when I am being charged for this mediocre service. In addition, I teach online classes, and the internet goes out several times per hour, let alone per day. This is just unacceptable, and I do not need any condescending "did you try this or that". My modem is new and it works just fine (I own my own), and I have done every troubleshooting thing on the planet. The lines to my house have never been replaced or thoroughly checked to fix this issue, and it is REQUIRED or I will keep compaining on every possible platform there is.
I have also shared this in the voice area as my issues are twofold.
