anyone experiencing issues? Been a customer since 2006 and have never had any issues. Can't work from home.
Cable box unresponsive
Internet modem online light is off.
Check here for any information on local outages;
reports no outages but there have been few on street over that past week. Can't find my equipment for a status. no lines are cut. Nothing of unusual events ecept at top of street which initially did take me down but they got back up and running. I know the techs are working hard and are busy. It's just been 3 days with nothing at all. Support call Saturday and she could not see my equipment at all. SO maybe a line is cut or damaged but sometimes everything starts working for about an hour then just stops.
