Internet Speed horrible after lighting storm

Current download speed ~1 Mbps sometime down to zero. Can barely surf the web. It used to be 4-8. Ran Xfinity diagnose says all is good.<br><br>The lightning took out the existing router or modem, they light up properly but PC said no internet connection. Since replaced with the xfinity Arris modem/wifi combo, now flakey lower internet speeds. I heard my neighbor also experiencing slower speeds.

What do the modem's signal stats look like ?  Try getting them here or here

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

Is this a WiFi connection ?
