Internet Outage Everyday!!!

I've held my frustration long enough! I live in Dunlap, Il (61525). I experience internet outage everyday around the same time. From the time I plug and connect my modem there's absolutely no internet connection. This has happened at around 10 to 3pm(ish) for the last week. Internet tech support is no help! I trouble shoot everyday from my phone and a stupid message always comes up saying something like "there's nothing on our end"! It's a HUGE LIE! It is on your end! There's nothing wrong with my modem. A little over a week ago i chatted with tech support and nothing was solved. About 20 minutes after that chat I had internet connection. But thinking about it now, it connected at around 3:30pm. My cables, cords, ect are good. I'm tired of paying for service that is poor or nonexistent. Even now my service is SLOW!!! As a matter of fact it's OFTEN slow. Some days it's fast but I have more bad days than good. If anyone starts a petition or lawsuit I'm in.

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?

Is this a WiFi connection ?
