I have been having internet outages multiple times per day since spring/summer. I was having a similar issue last summer, followed by 4 months in the winter with no problems at all, and now that the weather is warmer the problem has gotten worse. Rebooting the modem occasionally works, and sometimes it comes back up for a few minutes then goes back down again. I had a tech out and he (before even looking at anything) said it was a problem with my modem. It's a brand new Arris SB 6183, so I kind of doubt it's the problem. Not sure if there is anything you can do but if you can take a look I would appreciate any help. Thank you!
