Internet Drops accompanied by T3/T4 Errors and Dynamic Range Window Violations

Hey, I've tried having this troubleshot over the phone and chat and haven't been able to make much headway even when the internet's been dropping during the interaction.  Throughout the course of the day, my router's (currently a NetGear C7000v2 but the issue occurs if another router is used as well) connection to the internet will drop for approximately 6 minutes then regain a connection for a few minutes before dropping again.  This'll continue throughout the course of the day with the internet being usable for maybe a total of 20 minutes per hour depending on how bad it's being at a given time. 

 

The router's power isn't being interrupted as all lights remain on and it can be logged into during these outages.  Looking at the logs during these times, I'm seeing T3 and T4 timeouts of various sorts that are occuring during these time periods as well as dynamic range window violations.  Here's the last couple hours this morning for example:

Here's some additional logs from when I checked this evening along with the upstream/downstream during the most recent drop in service.  The internet was pretty spotty throughout the day with 5ish interruptions to service per hour throughout the day starting at 11 AM.  For whatever reason, whatever happened this afternoon filled up the event log with a bunch of alerts at about the same time.

Re: Internet Drops accompanied by T3/T4 Errors and Dynamic Range Window Violations

I feel like I should point out that though I'm posting snippets of event logs here, this sort of unusable connectivity is happening all day, every day.  I haven't posted for a few days but this sort of thing is constant.  Me dropping out of meetings at work or disconnecting during games is a running joke since it's bound to happen a few times every hour.
