Internet Drops/Massive Speed Drop

Hello,

 

I have been having issues with my internet for the last few weeks. At times, the internet drops out completely. Otherwise, the internet download speed drops to ~1-2 Mbps for 30 minutes or so before returning to normal. My wife and I both work from home and have video calls drop multiple times a day. It is almost impossible for us to do our jobs. My wife uses wifi but I am always hardwired and experience the same issue. When looking at my modem it seems like there is an issue with packet loss. Does anyone have a suggestion of what to do?

I have been having the same problem.  I have reset the router 4 times over the last 5 days.  It resolves the issue for a while and then either no connection at all or very, very slow.

 

Just wanted to see if anyone else was having the same issue.

Same here.  It's probably your Modem loosing connectivity to Comcast.  I don't believe there were not prepaired for all of the Work From Home customers.  I am trying to get a Tech to come and test the coax coming from the street.  Please let me know if you get a explination/response.

Ill give everyone an update if I hear anything. I've talked to a few of my neighbors and they are experiencing similar issues.
