Intermittent loss of internet

A few times a day we are losing our internet connection.  I believe it to be something with the cable connection at the cable modem.  During these outages I can always still connect to my modem.  THey last from 1-5 minutes.  Lights on modem all remain fine,  it either comes back on its own or if I reboot modem it is always back.

 

I have a Arris SBG6782-AC
