Intermittent internet and cable

I’m not sure where to post this but, I’m pulling my hair out.

For the past several weeks my internet and cable have been crashing. I can’t understand why and only 1 out of every 20 or so resets seems to work. Things work fine for a few days and then crash again.

The lights on the modem all seem to blink constantly when this happens.

Someone please help.
