Intermittent connectivity drops

Intermittent connectivity drops

For the last 2 months or so, I lose connectivity to internet intermittently, every 3-4 days. Only solution to regain connection is to reboot the cable modem (netgear CMD31T-100NAS).

 

Any recommendations?
