Intermittent connection failures w/logs

We moved into a new house last week, and have persistent connectivty problems. I have run the gamut of hardware trouble shooting and think the problem may be with the house's wiring itself.

 

My network setup:

- MB7621 modem --> Eero Pro --> Netgear switch. From the switch, I have two desktop PCs hardwired in.

 

Symptoms:

- The internet just goes down for brief moments (1 - 2 minutes) to significant periods (30+ minutes). All devices on the network are affected.

 

Stuff I've tried:

- Swapping out the MB7621 modem for my Xfinity modem (which worked fine for 2+ years at our old house) -- problem persists on both modems

- Changing network cables to different devices in case I had a faulty cable

- Swapped out the Eero Pro for a new Eero Pro -- problem persists

- (When the internet is down) Bypassed my other network hardware and just plugged the modem directly into a PC -- problem persists

- Chatted with an Xfinity agent (this was the most egregious waste of time. At the time, my internet was functioning. I had the Xfinity modem running in bridge mode, and the agent just sent the signal to take it out of bridge mode, asked if I could connect to the modem's wifi network, and declared the issue resolved)

 

The only substantial diagnostic data I have are the modem's connection and event logs, which do look like something is up.
