I'm having an ongoing issue with intermittent internet outages. I believe these to be on the Comcast side of things. When I start a ping that runs through the intermittent outage, I get this:

Seeing these Destination Host Unreachable messages from comcast points me to something within the Comcast network. Is this a valid assumption?
