Intermittent Connectivity Issues - T3 timeouts

I've been experiencing intermittent connectivy issues with my Xfinity internet service.  Modem is losing its connection periodically.  Sometimes the sitution resolves on its own, in other cases, restarting the modem seems to resolve (at least temporarily).

 

Logs and signal levels attached.  Levels seem OK, SNR looks a bit low?.  Netgear 1150V modem with V2.02.04 firmware.  Cable entering house is connected to PPC EV01-5-U/U powered splitter with modem fed from Output - Passive port.  (This splitter was installed by Comcast technician with X1 service.)  All connections are tight.  Appreciate any help - thanks!

Re: Repeated Connectivity Issues - T3 timeouts

I'd really appreciate any suggestions to resolve this issue.  Very difficult to have continued service failures with remote schooling and work from home.  Thanks
