Hello @Afeld, thanks for reaching out to our Forums! I'm sorry to hear that you are only having connection issues with your Xbox. I can definitely see how that can be frustrating and or inconvenient. I would love to assist you with further troubleshooting this. Just to confirm, are you experiencing this both via Wi-Fi and directly connected to the modem?
