A few days ago the internet died entirely and hasn't been working ever since. I've tried resetting my modem/router to fix the problemseveral times but to no avail. I went to my modem's gateway to check what was going on, and found some anomalies.
I checked my xfinity account via phone after seeing this and didn't notice anything wrong, no canceled service nor anything of the like. I'm not that tech savvy so I don't know what to make of this situation, any help would be greatly appreciated.
This looks really weird, almost like you had your cable line severed.
Check the Status Center (requires XFINITY account login) - are your devices showing as connected?
Also - check your physical connections and make sure they're snug and haven't come loose.
