@ComcastJohnN Hi John, you seem to be the expert on this IPv6 working, but IPv4 not. Ours is doing the same thing, IPv6 always reliably up, but IPv4 dropping every few hours or so. Customer service is saying it's our equipment and they need to send a technician. I don't think so. The old modem SB6183 was super stable, changed last week to a SB8200 when the problem began.
