IPV4(32 bit) websites like Twitch and Grubhub randomly stop loading.

I have had 2 service calls out in the past 5 months and they say the signal is good but my desktop and laptop will still randomly lose connection to all IPV4 sites. IPV6 sites always load with no issues. The only way they will load is by a Comcast router restart or just wait a while and eventually they start loading. 

 

Also, I noticed other customers having this same issue on the forums and one customer had his issue resolved because his IP scope had a dual assignment on the network. Another one was resolved by changing to a static IP. I included my router signal info below but this is only when IPV4 is working. When it stops I cannot even bring up my router information. 

 

If I cant get this resolved I am going to have to cancel my TV/internet service and try another provider since these websites are required my my work. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
