When your internet is kicking you off multiple times a day, although I have my laptop set to auto-connect. I always have to manually connect.
I asked for a 'technician' to come service as everything was out, I mean everything; e.g. internet, voice, and cable TV.
Here's my question; When you call service for internet, why can't Xfinity/Comcast send someone that has technology experience, instead they send the usual suspects, they can only check for connections and install. Wouldn't you think if the call's about your internet, they'll send someone who knows computers. Just a thought.
