I need 2 IP Addresses for my SB8200 to run properly with my gigabit package

I see in recent posts that @ComcastAlly was able to help others with similar issues. I keep getting a conflict with my wireless and wired networks I’m trying to run at my home and Comcast support is telling me it’s not possible to get 2 IP addresses, however I really find that hard to believe. Someone please help me.

Go to https://www.xfinity.com/support/rate-card (requires XFINITY Account login) and scroll to the very end of the rate card under "Xfinity Internet'. 

If the option for an additional IP address is listed there, let me know and I can escalate this to the appropriate Comcast specialist. 

If it's NOT listed, then it is not available in your area.
