How to verify provisioning of CM1150v?

How to verify my CM1150v is correctly provisioned?

Portal still shows a issue detected.

Also my old cm1000 showed a starting frequency from 675000000 Hz,

buy my new CM1150v shows a starting frequency of 0 Hz.

I would like to verify my account is provisioned correctly for TV, Interent and Voice, Boot File is correct and Firmware is update.

 

Xfinity Customer Portal: Under Services > Internet Service

(https://customer.xfinity.com/#/services/internet)

 

I see to following devices:
Cable Modem CM1150V > SN: This value is the CM MAC address
Voice Modem NETGEAR CM1150V > SN: This value is blank or null

This is a known issue. When a non-Comcast supplied device is used, the system gets confused and that display is the result.

Probably just a firnware glitch with the graphic's / field display.

Does the phone service work ?

NO the phone service is not working. When, I try to dial the number that was assigned to me in the Xfinity Customer portal, I get "phone number disconnected", but I am able to make a call to my cellphone.

Is everything working correctly ?

Phone Service is NOT working correclty.

It doesn't look like the phone service has been activated (no voice modem / MTA MAC address is indicated).

 

You could call in to 1800comcast and explain this to the rep. Tell them that you want to confirm the provisioning for the phone service. Have the MTA MAC address from the label on the CM1150v handy when you call.

Yes @EG. I ended up completely rebuilding and reprovisioning everything, sent a signal and that fixed it. There was a little latency, but everything is good to go now.
