High latency and low upload speed.

I’ve been experiencing low upload and high latency while playing games on my Xbox and PlayStation. I should be getting around 20mbps but I’m getting 6-7, Plus my internet is a bit jittery at times and I tend to lose a packet. does anyone know a solution?

I am having the same type of issues. I have gig which is supposed to be 1000Mbps down and 35Mbps up. however after a certain time all of a sudden my upload speed is reduced down to 5Mbps up and 750Mbps down. I get more people are home but the upload should be soild.
