No internet connection. New modem (SBG6950AC2) and service
Like others at first setup I gave them the WAN mac. I have since gave them the HFC mac but I'm guessing its like the others where the WAN mac address is stuck and needs the helpful hands of ComcastJohnN to get it cleared up. Not sure how to send a Private Message either. Thanks Joe
