HUGE SECURITY FLAW. Cancelling other people's internet subscription.
Let's say someone decides to purchase internet for a serviceable apartment. the agent will say yeah you sure you can do that, and take that person's info and register them as a new customer while canceling the existing customer's subscription even though he got the line and is currently using the internet with no balance or anything whatsoever.
I think this is a HUGE security flaw. What do you guys think?
