Gigabit service internet drops 5-10 timers per day (cable modem resets - logs included)

Upgraded to the Gigabit service a couple of weeks ago and I am getting close to gigabit speeds (950 down and 40 up), but my modem drops the signal numerous times per day. Below are the error logs and signal levels. I called and was told a tech visit could cost $70 because I use my own supported modem (CM1150V). I canceled the appointment and changed a splitter and cable in the room where the modem is and I am still experiencing drops. My job requires reliable internet from home for telecommuting and this is detrimental. Can someone please help?

Downgraded back to Blast 150 and went back to my CM500V.  Still have uncorrectables, but at least I'm not dropping connectiion every hour.  Bill increased from $188 to $204 for the same service I had a couple of weeks ago...  just great.

To make matters worse.

 

My wife gets home and tells me we're missing channels. All the kids channels my 4 year old watches are no longer available. I call Comcast and they tell me it will be another $30 a month to get the preferred package and I'm currently on extra. I would need to talk to "solutions specialist" between 8 AM and 8 PM and to call back tomorrow to see if they can get me back to where I was.

 

I just wanted to go back to same package prior to an upgrade that did not work for me. What is going on? Please help!
