Gigabit Pro in Colorado

I currently have the gig service with 35 Mbps up and the upload speed is not cutting it. Does anyone know if the Gigabit Pro is available in Colorado? Specifically in the Fountain area.

FYI, there is a $500 installation charge in the Houston market.  Check your rate card.

Re: Gigabit Pro in Colorado

Hello, kankan78! Welcome to the Xfinity Forums.

We would have to do a bit of research to see if Gig Pro is available in your area and that you are within one-third (1/3) of a mile of one of our fiber nodes, subject to a final serviceability determination. Please send me a Private message with your first and last name so that I can start this process for you.

kankan78, as I have not heard back from you in some time, I have closed this thread to further comments. I hope you were able to find out if Gig Pro is available in your area, but if you still need assistance, please feel free to start a new thread.
