I have gotten the error above. Looks like I can't acquire a downstream channel. Attached is a picture of that channel which looks to have a high negative power....-46 dBmv.
Is there anything I can do on my end without a technician to get things up and running?
Yep that's (-) Minus 46 dB which is extremely low and not even valid because it's not "synchronized" / locked. Did it ever work ? We need more details.
Yes - everything has been working fine for around a year and no recent changes to anything (hardware or otherwise). Cable is direct to modem with no splitters or anything as well.
