Hi, I just got an email today. I'm still not seeing these speeds. The email is past tense, so I figure it should be live already. Can someone check my account? I've already power cycled my modem.
On the Devices page https://customer.xfinity.com/#/devices it still says Internet Plan: Performance Tier Download Speed: 60Mbps
Subject: Thanks for choosing us
I think they are sending some of the notices out before the equipment is ready. Mine didn't change when I restarted the modem right after getting the notice, but I did it again a week or two later and got the new speed.
