What is causing my Downstream Bonded Channels to have high numbers of Corrected and Uncorrectables? I checked my modem status today and some channels had hundreds of them. However, once I rebooted the modem and router all when back to zero. Is this a problem on my end or something going on down the line?
What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1
Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.
What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?

The upstream power is a bit high but is alright as long as it isn't fluctuating higher out of spec. Ever notice if it fluctuates in to the 51-53 dB area ? The downstream power and the SNR's are good. A couple hundred uncorrectable errors really is all that high especially if the unerrored codewords are very high. It all depends on the ratio between them.
Are you actually experiencing any connectivity / speed problems or are you just focusing on the errors ? If it is the latter, I wouldn't sweat it.
The Upstream has been in the 47 range since they did something on the pole to bring it down from the 51 range a few months ago, but has inched up a bit since it has got warmer. No connectivity problems.
Well if you don't have problems, then why worry about anything ?
