My wife and I are not getting our download speeds at all. ALl my cabling and equipment I own are fine, they have been tested by myself and a couple friends. All who are comptia a+ certified or better. It isnt my switch, router, patch panel or the ethernet cables.
We have had 3 techs out a total of 4 times now. We have the xb6 modem and I use it in bridge mode. if the device is in normal mode then we get right about the speeds we should. But in bridge mode it is lesss than half.. I am talking 220-430Mbps constitently. I am getting extremely annoyed by this bnecause when I was a tech for comcast, I never had an issue.
All of my equipment has either been replaced or tested and they work fine. I do not want to drop 180$ on a modem just to get the speeds I should be getting.
Nothing? Okay so support is terrible here just like calling. Im done with this. All my issues started after leaving comcast as a tech and now no one can fix my iissue and im being charged for services I am not getting.
