I typical restart my modem and router 1-3 times a day, and get back to 150+ down, 10-15 up. I do this when Down goes to 2-10mbps and simple browsing isn't working. Now even restarting doesn't seem to work. Give the little bit I looked at other users complaining about this, here are some of the stats I could pull. I did recently replace modem and wireless router. Problem is happening with or without a router. I also have no splitters between wall and modem.

Thanks Andrew. There are no other splitters. The only line I have is a 6 foot cable from the wall to the modem. And I already replaced that with a newer one thinking that may be the issue.
If you have TV from Comcast, you have other splitters to check. Also check the all the connections to ensure they are clean and tight including the ones outside. If you have any store bought connectors, be sure they are quaility ones (see other posts on the subject). Running the Comcast cable along an electrical line can cause issues. Try a different cable from the wall to the modem.
