Does COMCAST SELL cams and microphones to their customers?

 camxsdDOES COMCAST SELL CAMS AND MICROPHONES TO THEIR CUSTOMERS? I can't buy them anywhere,all stores are out of computer cams and micriphones!Its terribl e! there .Do I have to buY them FROM. COMCAST STORE?DO YOU have them?Please let me know,I need them,so I'm not so isolated and alone ,sigh--sincerely,Dorothy <Edited> 😫😱
