Disconnected too often

While I am watching movies on Netflix and Amazon Prime Videos, my home network wifi is always disconnected a couple of times. I have to re-connect TV with home wifi again and again. How can I solve this problem?

You might investigate the wifi extenders (there are many - I purchased the Orbi).

Thanks for posting to the Xfinity Forums. I can understand why this would be frustrating, especially if you are right at a good part of the movie or show. Let's get this fixed. @EG has provided some pretty useful self-help directions to begin troubleshooting the issue on your end.  Can you please check out those links and check for the things suggested and let us know if you notice a difference on your end?
