DHCP Record Created with Bad MAC Address - No IPv4 Address Assigned to Modem
@ComcastJohnN: My modem was provisioned using the wrong MAC address. I have found all of these threads where you have helped folks with this issue, and I have spent two or three hours on the phone with Customer Support trying to get this resolved, and everyone else has let me down. I just need this fixed. I tried to PM you with my phone number but the webpage to do so is currently broken.
Issue: My modem cannot get an IPv4 address from DHCP. When my modem was first provisioned, they entered the wrong MAC address. I have had Customer Support fix it on the front end, but it is still broken on the back end. I can access IPv6 web pages but not IPv4.
