Continued T3 disconnects

I took the above threadf into private messages but eventually stopped receiving replies.  So far Comcast has sent two techs and I have replaced my modem, but nobody will talk to me about the logs that have consistently shown in both modems.  Tomorrow they are sending maintenance to look at the lines outside of the building.  Hoping I can get some help here as well.  The errors you see below are similar to the ones I've been getting since March.

Update, after 3 months of solid efforts to get this done, a replaced modem, and a 4th tech visit (ugh) they removed the attenuator/replaced it with a splitter + changed the connector for my unit in the junction room.  Comcast really dropped the ball on this entire thing.  What an indefensible, unmitigated disaster of a support system.
