Continue to have problems with gigabit internet and Arris 8200

Can anyone help me with this?  Issue on my end or something hardware infrastructure related I need help with?  It has been an ongoing problem now since I upgraded to the 8200 and gigabit.  Always occurs around 1:30pm EST.  Customer support in the past advised me to change the primary DNS from being assigned from ISP to 8.8.8.8 primary and 8.8.4.4 secondary.  I don't think it is doing anything to address the issue, because I just changed it back to dynamic from ISP and seems to be working. 

 

I really want to figure out the problem and put it to bed, this is causing a lot of stress to my kids trying to do virtual learning.
