Constant disconnects throughout the day.

 Hi i get constant disconnections throughout the day at seemingly all times (literally anytime from 12am to 11:59pm). I had 1 technician visit which didnt solve anything and im having a second tomorrow but i doubt anything will help since last time nothing changed and he didnt see anything wrong.  I will need a constant connection for work starting later in august and will have to change providers if this doesnt get fixed.  Hoping to get this escalated to someone who can help since my multiple phone calls and tech visits dont seem to be solving anything.
