Consistently pulling 25-30/10 on Extreme 400 Tier

Achieved speed following gateway restart. Discovered when on multiple occasions in the last two weeks, speed dipped even lower to around 3/1 or lower which disrupted my work VPN connection. Will record speed tests for a few days then open ticket. Anecdotally, I believe the issue may have been occurring for over a month-simply attributed to different root causes.
