Connectivity Issues - Service dropping, Packet Loss & Latency

I'm experiencing some packet loss (between 9-20%) and some serious latency and disconnects at times. It's occurs wired and wireless on a variety of devices. I'm on a gigabit plan with my own SB8200 modem. Nothing has changed in my config, other than some Xfinity maintenance in my area recently. I contacted Xfinity who said 'everything looks fine their end' and I should contact Arris. I've tried numerous steps, reset the modem, reset my router, checked connections and cables.

Below are my logs (immediately following my last reset attempt) and status on the SB8200, would someone who knows what it all means be kind enough to see if anything looks amiss? Thanks in advance.

I have the same issue with SB8200.

 

Internet speed dropped suddently and seeing config file rejected error -

Curious to see a resolution.

So I believe this totally was a Comast issue but I'm afraid I can't tell you what specifically it was.. either they did something proatctively on 'their end' without telling me (unlikely) or more likely they fixed something connected in my area.  I woke up this morning without anything having changed my end (modem still showing the same status as abive and no change in my router firmware or config) but with no packet loss, no connectivity issues and with much better speeds that I've had for quite some time. Wish I could be more helpful aantny.. but it literally fixed overnight.
