Connection issues every night, usually in the evening around 9:00 PM EST.

I don't know where else to turn.

For about a month now every night we are having connectivity issues that show themselves as  -  Long load times for web pages or videos / sometimes not resolving at all.
-  Choppy VoIP communications (Programs like discord or calling over wi-fi on cell)

Steps I have taken
-   Changed the modem as I own it, got a brand new Arris that was o the equipment recomendation page, more than enough for my speed.

- Techs came out and checked all our lines, replaced the COAX head, new splitter, etc.
- Replaced some main distribution splitter at the box infront of my house

- Tried a different router ( just in case)

- Tried kicking everythign off the network (disabled wireless) and had just one wired machine..

- 3 Different techs out

It. Still.Happens

This is BEYOND frustrating.

It makes it just annoying enough that it's frustrating to use the internet..

Trying to load a Hulu video, or play a game online, it all just stinks.

I work in IT by trade, I am not new to this.. My network is nto complex.
I have an asus Router, no VLANS, no "quirks"

I can tell this is happening by doing a continous ping to googles DNS servers and sure enough I see loss. I know ICMP has the lowest priority on the network but I should NOT see this type of loss.  I've included a shortened copy /paste of the ICMP on a good day.. 3% loss on 470 requests.

I don't really know how to interprut my modem info very well, is there anything I can look for their to help diagnose the issue and lead Comcast in the right direction?

Thanks for any and all hep.
